Copy and Paste function cannot be used, the Paste button is grey out.

Taking Contract document as an example:

1. Go to Contracts work center. 
2. Open any Contract, navigate to Items tab. 
3. Here in the Items section, you can see the Paste button on the right top is grey out, you cannot click on it. 

The Copy and Paste function is not enabled in the Adaptation mode.

1.  Start Adapt mode 
2. For the Items section, check the checkbox for 'Enable Copy and Paste'.
