3084585 - Seeing that the SDI Remote Sources not available (Socket closed)

Symptom

  • All remote sources were not available and only a restart of the agent service and OS solves the behavior.
  • dpserver_alert trace shows:
    • [167373]{-1}[-1/-1] 2021-06-15 01:22:40.404707 e DPFrameworkPing  AgentPool.cpp(01502) : Shutting down agent 'dpagent_redbwsdip001', too many failed pings.
      [209705]{-1}[-1/-1] 2021-06-15 01:22:40.415075 e DPRemoteSubManag RemoteTriggerManager.cpp(02467) : exception  1: no.155001
  • DP Agent Framework trace shows:
    • 2021-06-15 01:22:40,448 [ERROR] DPFramework | RequestHandlerThread.run  - Socket closed
      2021-06-15 01:22:40,448 [ERROR] DPFramework | RequestHandlerThread.run  - Socket closed
      2021-07-27 14:56:59,677 [ERROR] SDAAdapterDelegate | SDAAdapterDelegate.open  - Remote database is down. HANA Data Provisioning Server will try reconnecting at fixed intervals until success. The interval is configurable via the parameter <framework.maintenancePeriod> in dpserver.ini.
