3084715 - Error When Accessing Plan Data: You are not authorized to execute report Financial Plan Details

You access the Plan Data tab of a plan version and an authorization error is raised for the Financial Plan Details report.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to Cost and Revenue work center.
2. Go to Planning view.
3. Open a plan version.
4. Go to Plan Data tab.

The following error is raised: You are not authorized to execute report Financial Plan Details

The report that is loaded in the Plan Data tab is not assigned to a work center/view that you user has access to.

You need to assign the report Financial Plan Details (FINCACU17_QICP0001) to the work center/view or business role, as follows:

1. Go to Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to Design Reports view.
3. Find report ID FINCACU17_QICP0001.
4. Click Assign.
5. Assign to this report the work center/view that the user has access to. E.g. Cost and Revenue -> Planning.

After saving, you are able to access the report via Plan Data tab.
