3084735 - The error IES 10501 happens when creating a new WebI report base on existing WebI report in BI 4.3

In BI 4.3, when using WebI, when trying to use a WebI document as a datasource the following error occurs:

When trying in BI Launchpad:

• IES 10501 Source document 'NameofDocument'is not available (IES 10501)

In Web Intelligence Rich Client:

• An unexpected error occurred. Contact your administrator with details of the action you performed before the error occurred (WIH 444444)"
