3084841 - Rehire Not Visible in Onboarding Dashboard Post Rehire Verification - Onboarding

The rehire is not appearing in the onboarding dashboard despite the successful completion of the rehire verification process.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Perform a Rehire Check for a candidate.
2. Observe that the candidate appears in the Rehire Verification tile.
3. Rehire the candidate.
4. Notice that the candidate disappears from the Onboarding Dashboard.
5. Additionally, the candidate is not visible in the Rehire Not Hired (RNHD) tile.

DRTM is currently disabled.

As of today, the feature "Enable Data Retention Management Option" is mandatory for the second rehire check to function correctly, as it ensures the data of the temporary user is purged.

Therefore, we need to enable this setting through provisioning and assign the necessary DRTM-related permissions to the admin and BPE admin users.
