Rehire candidate disappears from ONB process
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
Once a Rehire check is performed, the Rehire is shown in the Rehire Verification Tile. However, when 'Onboard as Rehire' is chosen, the candidate disappears from the ONB dashboard. Neither the candidate is not visible in RNHD tile.
Cause
DRTM is not enabled
Resolution
As of today, the feature "Enable Data Retention Management Option" is mandatory for the second rehire check to work fine as the data of the temporary user is purged.
So we need to enable this settings from provisioning and provide DRTM related permission for the admin / BPE admin user.
