3085055 - We found a problem with some content Error when Downloading Foreign Chart of Accounts Template to Microsoft Excel

• You log on to your system in a local language other than English, for example German. You want to download a Chart of Accounts template to Microsoft Excel related to a foreign language, for example CAFR - CAFR: French Chart of Accounts. 
• After downloading the template you open the Excel file but the error message "We found a problem with some content in 'ABC.xlsx'. Do you want us to try to recover as much as we can? If you trust the source of this workbook , click yes." (ABC.xlsx refers the Microsoft Excel file name). 

SAP Business ByDesign

1.  Log on to your system in your local language, for example German. 
2. Access the Chart of Accounts, Financial Reporting Structures, Account Determination fine-tune activity, either from the Implementation project or from the Business Configuration Overview (if your system is live already). 
3. Under Chart of Accounts press Copy template chart of accounts. 
4. In the Template Chart of Accounts field select a chart of account related to a foreign language, for example CAFR - CAFR: French Chart of Accounts.
5. Press Download Chart of Accounts to Microsoft Excel. 
6. After the file is downloaded and saved as ABC.xlsx open it. 
7. The error message  "We found a problem with some content in 'ABC.xlsx'. Do you want us to try to recover as much as we can? If you trust the source of this workbook, click yes." 
8. The file only contains one sheet. All financial reporting structure related sheets are missing. 

In SAP Business ByDesign some downloaded content, for example chart of account templates,  can only be fully generated when logged on in English or the relevant language, here French.

1.  Log on to your system either in English or in the language related to the chart of accounts that you need to download, here French.
2. Access the Chart of Accounts, Financial Reporting Structures, Account Determination fine-tune activity, either from the Implementation project or from the Business Configuration Overview (if your system is live already). 
3. Under Chart of Accounts press Copy template chart of accounts. 
4. In the Template Chart of Accounts field select a chart of account related to a foreign language, for example CAFR - CAFR: French Chart of Accounts.
5. Press Download Chart of Accounts to Microsoft Excel. 
6. After the file is downloaded and saved as ABC.xlsx open it. 

This time the file opens without any errors and all the necessary sheets are available.
