3085182 - Error when importing Assessment Vendor Packages - Recruiting Management

When trying to import the Assessment Vendor Package, you get the message - "The fields vendorID, packageCode, and shortName are requried, and the vendorID should be valid."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. In Provisioning go to -> Import/Export Assessment Vendor Packages
2. Import the Assessment Vendor Packages that you created (via exporting first the package template) 
3. You get the message "The fields vendorID, packageCode, and shortName are requried, and the vendorID should be valid."

When checking the vendors via Import/Export Assessment Vendors in Admin Center via UI you will see that the Assessment Vendor is not yet added. 

Before importing any Assessment Vendor Packages, you must first import the Assessment Vendor.

Once the Vender has been added, you should be able to add the Vendor Assessment Packages.
