3085203 - Delete tasks from complete new recruit task - Onboarding

The customer would like to delete New Hire Tasks that will not be completed anymore

In order to delete the tasks please perform the following steps:

1. Access the Activity that you would like to delete
2. On the URL, Copy the processID of it
   
   
   
3. Go to Manage Data
4. Search for the respective type of activity(Recommended link, Assign a buddy...)
5. Paste the ProcessID
6. Go to take action and Delete Permanent Entry
   
   

On the current system design, it not possible to perform this operation on a bulk.
