3085248 - Overwriting empty dimension member description via Data Manager /CPMB/IMPORT_IOBJ_MASTER does not work

Symptom

  • Trying to overwrite the empty descriptions of dimension members using Data Manager package /CPMB/IMPORT_IOBJ_MASTER.
  • No error but the descriptions were not updated. They remain blank after the Data Manager package completed successfully.  
  • 2896476-Option to overwrite with blank in update mode, and 2940645-Existing Attribute values are cleared when enabling ENABLE_UPDATE_WITH_BLANK are applied to the system.
  • Global IMG Parameter 'ENABLE_UPDATE_WITH_BLANK' with value "X" is added.
