3085370 - Manage Career Site Builder Link Re-Routes to Settings Page - Recruiting

When trying to access the Manage Career Site Builder tool, you will be redirected to the settings page after clicking the link in the search. Briefly, before reaching the settings page, the CSB page appears for about 1 second and then you are re-routed to the settings page in BizX.

1. Navigate to Admin Center
2. Go to Manage Career Site Builder
3. CSB screen will appear briefly and then the user will be redirected back to Bizx > Settings page.

Our Engineering team is investigating the issue as a defect and you will be updated in this KBA as soon as we receive more information.

Workaroud:

As a workaround, once the user has first navigated to CSB and has been redirected to BizX, manually paste in this URL and hit [ENTER]:

https://bizx.jobs2web.com/sitebuilder/?nowrap=1

This will remove the BizX wrapper and the user will be able to stay and work within CSB without being redirected back to BizX. The only downside is that you'll lose the BizX wrapper navigation in the header so if you need to get back to BizX you'll need to either navigate back in the browser history or manually navigate to BizX directly.

Note: Modify the URL according to your DC and if your instance is stage/production (as previous URL). If the URL does not work correctly open a case requesting support.
