Symptom

Customer is currently experiencing The request to E-Verify web service has failed with the following error(s): CASE_STATUS_CONFLICT: Case is not in the correct state for this operation. Due to this error customer is not being able to move forward with the candidate's Onboarding Process.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Onboarding > Work Queue
  2. Then, go to E-verify process
  3. Search for the affected user
  4. After that, pick the candidate's activity under Initial Verification step.

Cause

There was an issue on the sync of SuccessFactors and E-verify

Resolution

Please "Refresh Data from E-Verify Service" on view at glance page of this activity. This will solve the case.
