3085612 - Is it possible to have different Menu options and Search Settings for Internal/external candidates?- Recruiting Marketing

This article will explain if is there a way to set up different menu options, Header & Footers, or different Internal and External applicant Search Settings for internal/external candidates.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

Although Recruiting Management gives the option to set up different search options for external and internal candidates, see KBA 2484462, since the Career Site Builder is a UI combined with an external career site the Recruiting Marketing still doesn't bring this option of distinction, either in the search options or in the menu choices/Header & footer.

As of now, the system doesn't allow to set, external/internal candidates, different Menu choices, Heater & Footers, or Internal and External applicant Search Settings.
