3085627 - table SVERS does not exist on database - NetWeaver Java standalone server

Symptom

On a NetWeaver Java standalone server, dev_likey log contains similar entries:

***LOG BZA=> table SVERS does not exist on database [dblink 1438]
*** ERROR => saplikey: failed to read table SVERS after connecting to the database. [saplikey.c 834]

*A NetWeaver standalone Java server does not have ABAP stack. I.e Dual stack or Solution Manager.
