3085703 - Classification Maintenance for Customer and Supplier Role is Not Possible from the Manage Business Partner App in SAP S/4HANA Cloud

• It is not possible to maintain the Classification data related to the Customer roles in the Manage Business Partner App
• It is not possible to maintain the Classification data related to the Supplier roles in the Manage Business Partner App

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Open the Manage Business Partner App
2. Try to navigate to the Customer or Supplier Classification Data
3. It is not possible

The Classification Framework cannot support multiple object assignment in Draft mode from the same app i.e. Business Partner Classification, Customer Classification and Supplier Classification via the Manage Business Partner App.

* It is currently possible to navigate to the Customer Classification data from the Manage Business Partner Master Data app, this is not intended and could lead to issues and so will be amended with a hotfix 383339 which will be delivered with S/4HANA Cloud CE2108 HFC03 on weekend of August 21st/22nd

1. Maintain Business Partner Classification via the Manage Business Partner Master Data App
2. Maintain Customer Classification via the Manage Customer Master Data App
3. Maintain Supplier Classification via the Manage Supplier Master Data App
