3085959 - Clicking Details the Entry View does not appear in app Manage Journal Entries

Symptom

User is not able to access or open the Details page of a Journal Entry in the App Manage Journal Entries.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to App Manage Journal Entries.
  2. Give the filter conditions.
  3. Click on the Dropdown icon next to the name of the current view.
  4. Create a Public view.
  5. Sava the view.
  6. Select the created view.
  7. Press the Details button to view the Journal Entry document.

Cause

In the Entry view of the Journal entries following fields are a mandatory

  1. Company code.
  2. Accounting document number.
  3. Fiscal year.

Resolution

Add the mandatory field in the Manage view and save.

  1. Company code
  2. Accounting Document
  3. Year
