3086004 - Participants Are Removed From Meeting If Copied To SAP Visit Calendar In Gmail

You have configured your Groupware server side integration to work with Gmail and you received a meeting in ABC calendar (where ABC is any calendar name) of your Gmail account.

Then you proceed and copy this meeting to SAP Visit or Appointment calendars. Once done you notice that the participants of the meeting have been removed from it in the copied meeting.

SAP Cloud For Customer

When you copy a meeting from a calendar to any other calendar in Gmail, it will remove the participants. This is a standard behavior from Gmail.

Due to this Gmail limitation, this is not supported by the server side integration with Gmail.
