Symptom
- The saved results views in the "My messages" widgets in the SM_CRM home screen are sometimes disappearing after executing specific saved Incident searches.
- Executing a saved search that has the "Include view" flag results in missing/different views in the My Messages widgets after navigating back to the home screen via the "back" button.
