Symptom

Your Cloud to On-premise configuration between SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Cloud Connector is not working.

In SAP Cloud Connector logs (ljs_trace.log) you can see the following entry:
#INFO#com.sap.scc.rt#notification-client-78-7#          #End2End check for <virtual_host>:<virtual_port> exposed to <subaccountID>@<region_Host> returns ENDPOINT_NOT_CONFIGURED|
