3086424 - Invoice image is unavailable in VIM Workplace and VIM Analytics in SAP Invoice Management by Open Text

Symptom

 In Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), when accessing the VIM Workplace (WP) or VIM Analytics (VA2), the invoice image is unavailable. A white background is displayed in the Detail pane.

When the PDF document is opened via the attachment list, the document is shown.
