3086432 - "The Connection was reset" or pages not loading error when browsing CMC (Connections, Auditing etc) or 4.2 BILP

• Some actions in BI Launchpad (BILP) or Central Management Console (CMC) result in a "The connection was Reset" error
• You may also face HTTP 500 (Internal Server Errors) or HTTP 404s, or just pages that don't appear to load properly
• It affects many of the actions that appear on the CMC home page (Connections, Auditing, BI Admin Studio, License Keys, OLAP Connections, Promotion Management, Recycle Bin, Universes, Version Management)
• The error often appears in pop-up windows, such as when viewing Crystal Reports from CMC, or opening sub-windows inside user security
• The same workflow when executed directly from a web application server works successfully
• The majority of BILP or CMC is accessible
