3086469 - Offboarding was not triggered after employment termination - Onboarding 1.0

After the representative terminates the employment in Employee Central the Offboarding was not triggered for the employee.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Go to BizX > Employee Profile
2. Click Action > Termination
3. Provide Termination Date and other details

The possible causes are:

1. Event reason did not match
2. EmployeeLogin not found

In the order to fix this issues, please make sure to apply resolution as described below:

1. For the rule not match check if Event reason in Employee Profile Job Information the value sent. The same should match with the Event Term rule.
2. For the EmployeeLogin not found scenario the user must exist in Onboarding, otherwise the Offboarding activity will not initiate.
