3086547 - Cannot find "New Trust Configuration" button in Global account level of SAP BTP Cockpit

You want to establish Trust to the SAML Identity Provider for the Cloud Foundry Account in SAP BTP Cockpit, but "New Trust Configuration" button is not available in Global account level of SAP BTP Cockpit.
