3086804 - Document Routing Notification [[DOCUMENT_ACCESS_URL]] sending to the Performance Review page - Recruiting Management

When reassigning and Offer Detail approver, if the link populated on [[DOCUMENT_ACCESS_URL]] is accessed by other users, it sends the user to Performance Review page instead of the Offer Approval page.

This is due to the fact that the user opening the URL is not the current approver.

Regardless of the user having or not access and permission to the Offer Detail in question, when the URL is opened by a different user from the one that received the notification, or if the user opening is not the one that has been assigned and is currently the Approver of the offer, the URL will forward them into another page instead of the specific for this Offer.
