3087035 - DRTM MDF custom purge object missing from DRTM purge list

DRTM MDF custom purge object does not display in the list of DRTM purges.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Grant the permissions for the DRTM MDF custom purge object.
2. Navigate to Data Retention Management.
3. Create a new purge request.
4. Observe that no DRTM MDF custom purge object option appears in available DRTM Purges.

This is expected behaviour as there is no dedicated purge for MDF Custom Objects.

• MDF Custom Objects do not have a dedicated purge request type. Instead, they can be registered as member of a particular module purge group and then purged together with the other objects for in that group.
• For example, if you register an object as a member of the Time Management purge group, the data in that object is purged with the DRTM Time Management purge request type.
