3087098 - Mismatch between number of Time Entries awaiting approval under Project Time Approvals

You are a project manager and you can see there is a mismatch between number of time entries in Project Time Approvals filters.
Under Project Management -> Time Approvals -> All Time Recordings -> you can see time entries of X Employees.(X represents number of entries)

But, if you switch the Group By filter to “Project Tasks”, you can see multiple time entries.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to  Project Management
2. Select view Time Approvals
3. Select All Time Recordings
4. you can see time entries of X Employees.

But, if you switch the filter above the table to “Project Tasks”, you can see more time entries say X+1

By default, The Group By filter shows Team Member and it shows X entries.

Now change filter to Task and it shows X+1 entries.

This is because it has grouped the entries for each task and these added the extra rows.The actual tasks are same, only the rows showing the task name have added to the original entry list.

You can change the filter layout as per your convenience.
