3087176 - ESI - Inside-out Web Service call fails with timeout error on systems with kernel 777 patch level 339 - 342

Symptom

  • Executing a service definition, calling a web service provider based on function module (inside-out service) does not work, the call hangs.

    AND

  • In debugger the CHECK_WITH_HEADER method of class CL_XTC_COMPILER returns with the error message: program '/1BCDWB/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX' could not be loaded.
