Symptom
You are not able to print preview debit memo requests through the Edit Billing Request app.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2108
Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to Edit Billing Request app
2. Select the debit memo request number
3. Go to Billing Screen (5)
4. Go to menu Save -> Save and Print Preview
5. Print Preview page is blank
Resolution
The hotfix that contains the correction is delivered with Hotfix Collection S4HANA CLOUD 2108 SP4 and will be available for the customers at the September 5, 2021.
In the meantime, as a workaround, please use Manage Debit Memo Requests app to preview the debit memo requests documents.
* Note
To access Manage Debit Memo Requests app, you need INTERNAL_SALES_REP role assigned to your user or SAP_SD_BC_DMR_PROC_MC business catalog assigned to your user.
