Symptom

Initiate Onboarding for candidate, but candidate does not appear on the dashboard. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to BPE: Monitor Process.
  2. Search with Variable userName=Candidate's email.
  3. Error will appear in BPE.

Cause

Person ID is mapped from RCM.

Resolution

  1. Person ID should not be mapped from Recruiting Management as it is automatically generated by the system.
  2. Remove the mapping and other configs in place for the ID.
