Symptom

While trying to assign a new API proxy to an already existing product on your APIM tenant you face an "Unable to publish Product" popup error:


An error occurred while reading the response
[Request ID: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx]

During runtime tests the policy of this API proxy works as expected (e.g. throws a policy violation in case of wrong OAuth bearer access token or succeeds in case of a correct a token)
