Symptom

  • When configuring BI 4.x for connection to Analytics Hub, the below error is seen after clicking the 'Test Connection' button:
    Unable to create connection to SAC
    Error Code: 400
    Error: <URL>

  • A different error may also be seen:
    Unable to create connection to SAC
    Error Code: 400
    Error: while trying to invoke the method java.io.InputStream.available() of a null object loaded from field sun.security.ssl.SSLSocketInputRecord.is of an object loaded from local variable 'this'
