Symptom

Will DocuSign support I-9 email triggers related to i9 section 1, section 2 or section 3?

Sample Email Template:

(ONB) Hiring Manager I-9 Section 1 Reminder
(ONB) Hiring Manager I-9 Section 2 Reminder
(ONB) Hiring Manager Completes I9 Section2 Template

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Cause

  • DocuSign is independent of these notifications. i9 notification triggers are for the task completion from UI.

Resolution

  • This would need an Enhancement.
  • Might be considered in the future roadmap.
