3088084 - When Preform Employee export all users are not listed

This KBA outlines permission checks required when preforming a Employee Export for a scheduled Job or from Admin Center.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Navigate to admin center
2. Navigate to Update User Information and select Employee Export
3. Preform Export User File
4. Not all users are showing in the User data file

Target Population not been set to everyone or the desired target list of users.

This issue is caused by Target Population not been set to everyone of the desired target list of users.

To validate the correct permission is granted and validate target population navigate to :

1. Role Based Permissions
2. Manage Permission Role
3. Select Manager Users
4. Check Employee Export Permission is granted as shown below :
   
5. Validate Target Population granted for the impacted role under grant this role to.
   
   

Note : For Employee Export Scheduled Jobs the job owner must also have the above required permission configurated or the job will not export the complete list of users.
