3088122 - Error when accessing Time Off/Time Sheet pages on proxy as another user

Access related issues when login user proxy as another employee and try to access any of the Time off or Time Sheet related pages:

• You do not have permission to access this page
• Sorry, you aren't authorized to open this.
• No data displayed in Periodic Time Account update.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Sheet

1. Login user A proxy as employee B.
2. Navigate to any of the time off or time sheet pages (Eg: Time off ESS page, Administer Time page, Manage time off structures etc.)
3. Any of the below errors occurs:
   
   • "You don't have permission to access this page"

                 

• "Sorry, you aren't authorized to open this."

                     

• No data displayed in Periodic Time Account update.

This is due to configuration in Proxy Management rights.

1. Refer the KBA 3086940 - Proxy Management For Time Off And Time Sheet, for the complete list of the proxy rights that should be granted to login users in order to access each of the Time off or Time Sheet related page.
2. Make the necessary proxy rights related changes as described in the KBA.
