Symptom

  • Data Services 4.2 SP14 Data Quality reports are not exported to specified Reports Server location
  • In the Reports Server location, the report folder structure is created but no report files are exported
  • Job completes successfully and trace log indicates that report export is successful, but the reports are not exported
  • Data Quality reports not exporting correctly when using Oracle JDBC version later than 12c
  •  com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.report.lib.ReportSDKException: Logon Error: Invalid Oracle URL specified---- Error code:-2147467259 Error code name:failed
