3088220 - Data source "Purchase Order Items with Extended Tracking Details" (SRMPO_U01) is not displaying all purchase orders

Few purchase orders are not appearing

SAP Business ByDesign

-> Go to business analytics work center

-> Go to design data sources

-> Search for "SRMPO_U01" and preview it

-> Click on value help (or enter value manually) for Purchase order ID

This data source is only relevant to Purchase Orders with Deliveries.( Purchase Order Items with delivery Tracking Details)

if you look at the documentation for the union data source.

You will see the involved data sources.

The PO's that are located in BRMPO_B08 (Purchase Order Items without Follow-Up Documents) will not be considered if their delivery status is 'not relevant' cause they will never have deliveries.

Involved DS:
SRMPO_B04 Purchase Order Item with Goods and Service Receipts Item
SRMPO_B05 Purchase Order Item with Supplier Invoice Data
SRMPO_B06 Purchase Order with Confirmed Inbound Delivery Items
SRMPO_B07  Purchase Order with Outbound Delivery Items
SRMPO_B08 Purchase Order Items without Follow-Up Documents

So only those PO's having delivery status  other than 'Not relevant' will appear in this report.

•  open the Purchase order
•  goto to items tab
•  go to basic data tab
•  where you can see delivery tab
