3088271 - Updates to AMC.properties file for AMC on 16.0 SP04 PL01 - SAP ASE

• When applying ASE 16.0 SP04 PL01 to an existing 16.0 SP04 installation, an updated AMC.properties.template is not installed
• When installing ASE 16.0 SP04 PL01 to a new directory and do not choose to configure AMC, the AMC.properties.template file is not installed
• If you copy an existing AMC.properties file from an SP04 installation to the new SP04 PL01 installation, AMC will fail to boot with the following message
  

  ERROR <random error number> --- [main] o.s.boot.SpringApplication               : Application run failed

  java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method java.lang.Boolean.booleanValue() of a null object returned from org.springframework.core.env.ConfigurableEnvironment.getProperty(java.lang.String, java.lang.Class)
