3088875 - How to Delete Tickets using Data Workbench

Symptom

Deletion of tickets is possible in test tenants and you want to delete tickets using Data Workbench.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

  1. Go to Data Workbench work center.
  2. Select Export view.
  3. Select object as Service Request.
  4. Filter the tickets using ID.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Click Export Data.
  7. Download the file from Monitor.
  8. Open the file.
  9. Add a column "ToBeDeleted" to the end of the row.
  10. Enter value "TRUE" to the column "ToBeDeleted".
  11. Now perform an update by going to Import view.
  12. Select Individual Object and Update.
  13. Select object as Service Request.
  14. Upload the edited file and then update.

The Tickets will be deleted from the system. Please note that the deletion of tickets is not possible in Production tenants.
