3089001 - How to Download Workflow Rule HTML Template

You need to download the HTML template maintained for a workflow rule but you can't find the option for it.

SAP Cloud for Customer

The HTML file used in the workflow rule is available in the view Templates, both in Sales and Service work center. You can download the template following the steps below:

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Templates view.
3. Use the query 'All Workflow Notification Templates'.
4. Search for the workflow name which has HTML template maintained.
5. Click on 'Notification Rule Template' to open the template.
6. Click on the button 'Download'.
7. Save the HTML file.
