The middle name is only available for the Business Partners. Field name: BUT000-NAMEMIDDLE. As the middle name field is missing neither in the table LFA1 ( vendor master) nor in the table KNA1 ( customer master), it cannot be synchronized. Only the first and the last name can be stored in the LFA1/KNA1 table.
