3089112 - UWL never finishes loading in NW Java Enterprise Portal

• Accessing UWL in Enterprise Portal never finishes loading
• Loading spinning wheel stays on the screen indefinitely
• Portal is accessed via Load Balancer or Reverse Proxy
• SSL termination occurs at the Load Balancer / Proxy
• The following errors are seen in browser console (F12)
  

  Mixed Content: The page at 'https://<HOST>.<DOMAIN>:<PORT>/irj/portal' was loaded over a secure connection, but contains a form that targets an insecure endpoint 'http://<HOST>.<DOMAIN>:<PORT>//webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tc~kmc~bc.uwl.ui~wd_ui/UWL;jsessionid=\<ID>'. This endpoint should be made available over a secure connection.
  
  Mixed Content: The page at 'https:/<HOST>.<DOMAIN>:<PORT>/irj/portal' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure form action 'http://<HOST>.<DOMAIN>:<PORT>/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tc~kmc~bc.uwl.ui~wd_ui/UWL;jsessionid=<ID>'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
