3089118 - Is it possible for External Candidates to edit their Resume when Mobile Apply is enabled?

Symptom

  • Mobile Apply is enabled
  • External candidate has uploaded a Resume
  • The edit button is permissioned, but is not displayed

Cause

"Resume" field is configured as not required (required="false") in the Candidate Profile Template. 

Resolution

With Mobile Apply, when "Resume" field is configured as not required (required="false") in the Candidate Profile Template, a bin icon is displayed instead. Candidates who wish to edit their Resume would need to delete their current Resume from the system and upload a new one. 

When "Resume" field is configured as required (required="true") in the Candidate Profile Template a pencil icon is displayed and candidates will be able to edit their resume.
