3089119 - Insurance Plan Enrollment Import Issue - Premium for Dependents only

• During zip import for Benefit Enrollment - Insurance Plan Details (with Dependents), you are getting the following error: No amounts maintained for the specified age group of selected dependent with the selected combination of fields.
• In the Insurance Plan configuration, "Premium for" is set to "Dependents only"
• In the UI, when you perform the same exact steps, it's working fine and the Contribution Amounts for EE and ER are computed correctly

• SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central - Global Benefits

1. Prepare the zip file for the Benefit Enrollment import
2. Ensure that "Premium for" in the Insurance Plan is set to Dependents only
3. Load the data via Import and Export Data
4. Error is received

• At the moment, automatic contribution amount computation is not supported for Insurance Plan Enrollment imports for Dependents-only plans

Workaround:

• Maintain the contribution amounts in the Insurance Plan Enrollment Details.csv import file to avoid the error
• Or carry out the enrollment in the UI

Long-term Solution:

• We have an open Enhancement Request regarding this use case (BEN-8784) which is currently in development phase
• This enhancement is intended to cover the contribution computation for Dependents-only Insurance Plan Enrollment imports
• This is currently in planning phase (with priority) and the details about this will be shared accordingly once the code tested, validated, and ready for deployment
