3089290 - It's not possible to reinitiate Crossboarding from Recruiting - Onboarding

• Is it possible to reinitiate Onboarding for a crossboardee from the Recruiting side?
• Scenario: If the crossboarding was initiated for a candidate but the event reason was wrong and the crossboarding did not trigger and the candidate did not land into Onboarding. Now can the crossboarding be re initiated  to correct the Event reason with the same Requisition Id and position?

It is possible to restart the crossboarding, but not from Recruiting. Once we initiate a Crossboarding from RCM, the candidate will be directly marked as HIRED and it will not allow to reinitiate Crossboarding for the same Job Requisition, but if you would like to restart only the crossboarding process without much of worrying for the RCM data, you can change the data and choose the correct event-reason from New Hire Data Review/ People Profile which will match with the Transfer Event rule, then the crossboarding process will be restarted.
