3089319 - Synchronize G/L Account Master Data App Does not Work for Field "G/L Account Not Used"

G/L Accounts with checkbox "G/L Account Not Used" selected in Quaility(Q) are still transported to Production(P) via Synchronize G/L Account Master Data app.  The app is not picking up this change.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Open app Manage G/L Account Master Data, select the G/L Account Not Used checkbox for accounts, save the change.
2. Use the Synchronize G/L Account Master Data app to move the changes from Q to P system.
3. After the transport, G/L accounts with this indicator set are still transported to the P system.

It is current system design that not to include the "G/L Account Not Used" feature into the Synchronize G/L Account Master Data app

Reason:
App Synchronize G/L Account Master Data is using when urgent change of G/L account needs to be transport from Q to P system.
If a G/L account is on status "Not Used", it's blocked for posting in production system. Therefore it can't be used in production any more.
The only difference is, that it is visible on value help screen and can be reported with zero balance in financial statement app.
From an SAP point of view, it is reasonable to wait for the next configuration import so that this small inconvenience is not visible in the display.

Please wait for the next business change project (BCP) release.
