3089319 - Synchronize G/L Account Master Data App Does not Work for Field "G/L Account Not Used"

Symptom

G/L Accounts with checkbox "G/L Account Not Used" selected in Quaility(Q) are still transported to Production(P) via Synchronize G/L Account Master Data app. The app is not picking up this change.
