3089487 - MDG M - Classification is not assigned/generated during Create Change Request after Note 2967852.

Symptom

When users change the characteristics properties (Reference to the table field - MARA) for the Class "Global Attributes". After final check approval of the Change Request, AUSP table is successfully updated for existing materials, but Classification is not assigned/generated for new material creation change request.
