3089487 - MDG M - Classification is not assigned/generated during Create Change Request after Note 2967852.

When changing the characteristics properties (Reference to the table field - MARA) for the Class "Global Attributes". After that these characteristic attributes are not updated in AUSP table after final check approved. 

After that AUSP table is successfully updated for existing materials classification characteristic change. But Classification is not assigned/generated for new material creation change request.
