3089531 - When Uploading a Lockbox File it Stays In Process

Symptom

You upload a Lockbox file and it remains 'In Process'.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Liquidity Management work center.
  2. Go to the Inbound Files view.
  3. Click New - Inbound File.
  4. Select File Type Lockbox.
  5. Select relevant Company.
  6. Select relevant Bank.
  7. Click Add - File.
  8. Select relevant File.
  9. Click Add.
  10. Click Start File Upload.

File remains In Process.

Cause

A possible cause for this is using the incorrect file extension.

Resolution

Adjust the file extension to .BAI and upload the file again.
