Symptom

When replicating employee's master data from SuccessFactors EC to SAP ERP HCM or SAP S4/HANA you face the following error message in SLG1:

  • Employee id external xxxxxxxx could not be locked -  Message no. ECPAO_IN_PROCESSING062 

    or

  • Personnel number EC#****** is locked by user ******* - Message no. HRPAY99OC051
