Resolution

Price Variance:

Variance Higher than (Percentage) is 10 that means:

If positive change percentage is under 10% that will be marked as tolerance not exceeded, thus auto accept of deviation happens.
If positive change percentage is over 10% that will be marked as tolerance exceeded, thus manual acceptance is needed.

 OR/AND

Variance Higher Than (Net Price) is that means:

If positive change in price is under 150 that will be marked as tolerance not exceeded, thus auto accept of deviation happens.
If positive change in price is over 150 that will be marked as tolerance exceeded, thus manual acceptance is needed.

Variance Lower Than (Percentage) is 10 that means:

If negative change percentage is under 10% that will be marked as tolerance not exceeded, thus auto accept of deviation happens.
If negative change percentage is over 10% that will be marked as tolerance exceeded, thus manual acceptance is needed.

OR/AND

Variance Lower Than (Net Price) is that means:

If negative change in price is under 100 that will be marked as tolerance not exceeded, thus auto accept of deviation happens.
If negative change in price is over 100 that will be marked as tolerance exceeded, thus manual acceptance is needed.

Quantity Variance:

Variance Higher than (Percentage) is 10 that means:

If change percentage is under 10% that will be marked as tolerance not exceeded, thus auto accept of deviation happens.
If change percentage is over 10% that will be marked as tolerance exceeded, thus manual acceptance is needed.

Delivery Date Variance:

If Variance Higher Than (Days) is 10 that means:

If positive change in days is under the next 10 days that will be marked as tolerance not exceeded, thus auto accept of deviation happens.

If positive change in days is over next 10 days that will be marked as tolerance exceeded, thus manual acceptance is needed.

If Variance Lower Than (Days) is 5 that means:

If negative change in days is under the past 5 days that will be marked as tolerance not exceeded, thus auto accept of deviation happens.

If negative change in days is earlier than the past 5 days that will be marked as tolerance exceeded, thus manual acceptance is needed.

Note 1: Even if one of the above criteria is outside tolerance then deviation acknowledgment is created and has to be manually accepted.

Note 2: If you don't want any of the above criteria to be considered for accepting deviation automatically then change all criteria values to 0.
