Once Contact is created, it can not be deleted.
Environment
SAP Cloud for customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Customer workcenter
- Go to the Contacts view
- Open any contact
There is n option to delete the contact.
Cause
Once the contact is created it is not possible to delete it.You can only set the status to Obsolete or Block.
Resolution
This is an expected system behavior. Master data can not be deleted.
