3089883 - BPC performance issue after Kernel upgrade

Symptom

  • After Kernel Upgrade (release 753) the first execution of each step in BPC takes up to 30 minutes (e.g. opening activities, clicking on Hyperlinks, opening the Input workbook, opening User administration, deleting a user, change the workstatus). When the same step is executed again, then the performance is normal and works as expected. Below errors are displayed:

    ST22:

    Category               Resource bottleneck
    Runtime Errors         DBIF_REPO_SQL_ERROR
    SQL error 131 while accessing program "UJXB_ST_MDATA_HIERARCHY_LIST==XTI " part "SRC "

    SM21:

    Database error 131 with INS access to table REPOSRC
    > TrexColumnUpdate failed on table 'SAPGBP:REPOSRC' with error
    Runtime error "DBIF_REPO_SQL_ERROR" occurred
